Founded in 2016 by longtime friends Nora and Debra, Social Buzz has become a trusted destination for men, kids, and families seeking professional haircuts in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Nora, from Manhattan, and Debra, from the Bronx, met over 30 years ago while working together at the Breast Examination Center of Harlem in the New York State Office Building on 125th Street. They clicked immediately, forming a lasting friendship that ultimately led to the creation of Social Buzz. Their shared passion for community, connection, and quality service inspired them to build a barbershop where everyone feels at home.

I have been looking for a place that is a complete one stop shop that does hair styling, but also shaves since social buzz is a full service styling and barber shave quality cut I Decided this is where I wanna go since they do everything.  The shave was truly World class shave. They have all the equipment, hot lather machine, the hot towel the way I’ve had it done in Manhattan. I relocated to the Poconos Brodheadsville and I’m sure glad I found social buzz. And their prices are fantastic. If you’re looking for quality here style and shave, I’m talking the real deal shave you have to come to social buzz thanks guys. And these guys are really sociable very friendly. Went on vacation had a random barber in Arizona who messed me all up, and Jay restored me and gave me the cleanest cut possible. Book with Jay, you wont regret it & the prices are crazy cheap so tip him well, he definitely deserves it
